The exact assessments and phases of assessment will vary according to your role and the considered unit. As a minimum, you can expect the following:
Pre-screen call with recruiter.
Assessment phase I – Aptitude tests.
Phone interview and/or face-to-face interview with manager and team.
Assessment phase II – Business case exercise/presentation/other tests (depending on unit considered).
Face-to-face interview phase II with Executive Director of the unit.
Background verification and other checks.
